Saturday November 2nd, 2019
- 6:00 am – 8:30 am – Registration for the 2019 Show. All motorcycles, Classic Cars and Trucks MUST be parked by 8:45 am.
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm – Gates Open
- *Sponsors/Vendors open in both lots
- 9:00 am – Judging Begins
- *Show and Shine Begins. This is NOT assigned parking for all participants, just designated areas. Please have your vehicles ready to be judged with Kickstand Down & Classics Hoods Open. Please be in your space by 8:45 am; no car entry allowed after this time. (No exceptions) Vehicles must stay static in their spaces until show ends to ensure public safety. No early departures for vehicles in closed show areas or you will be banned from future shows.
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm – Bar Open
- 10:00 am – Opening Ceremony, 50/50, Raffles Start
- 10:00 am – 5:00 pm – Registration Office open in Main Building (Office)
- *2020 Cycle and Classics Pre-Registration Available in (Office).
- 10:30 am – 1:00 pm – Live Band “Bodie” at Main Stage
- 12:00 pm – Corn Hole Tournament Starts (*Cash Prize)
- 2:00 pm – Field Events Starts Sponsored by: Russ Brown Attorneys
- 3:00 pm – Beer Belly Contest Sponsored by: Cook’s Corner (*Cash Prize)
- 3:30 pm – Bikini Contest Sponsored by: Harley Davidson (*Cash Prize)
- 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Live Band “Bodie” at Main Stage
- 5:00 pm – Awards Ceremony Begins
- 5:00 pm – Raffle Drawling
- 6:00 pm – Show and Shine Ends. See you next year!
